An Untold Tale

An original production by the Khan Theater and the Shalva Association *with the support of The Jerusalem Foundation Directed and written by: Yitzhak Laor Assistant Director: Hila Carney

About the show

Somewhere, in a place unknown, there is an old road-side inn where a happy group of people gather every day. The arrival of a mysterious guest with a surprising suggestion evokes changes and unfolding of events among the residents of the inn and forces them to decide whether they should be loyal to themselves or adapt to the standards of the world without.

The Jerusalem Khan Theater and the Shalva Association – the Israel Association for the Care and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities are joining forces in a special and unique project – first of its kind – with the support of the Jerusalem foundation and the Dalia Ram inheritance fund with the purpose of encouraging original theatrical creativity, to empower and integrate theatre makers both communal and professional, promoting the value of accepting people who are different and strengthening social coherence.
